The Oaks offers private party rentals, corporate events, or performances!
The Venue
This historic theater adds an incredible atmosphere to any event taking place here. We can handle anything large or small with a 348 seat house.
Rental space includes our Marquee, 4 digital photo boards, access to our projector, and professional lighting.
The Stage
The stage + movie screen lend itself to infinite possibilities. Use our projector, lighting and PA systems to create your perfect event.
*Audio engineer and lighting tech can be available for an additional costs
The Bar + Food
We have a full service bar with seven rotating taps, specialty cocktails, and more! Also, we can offer our full food menu or our paired back movie theater classics.
Price Info
MONDAY - THURSDAY: $550 for 3 hours
SUNDAY: $750 for 3 hours
FRIDAY & SATURDAY: $1,000 for 3 hours + 2 drink minimum per guest
+ Monday-Thursday $150 for each additional hour, Sunday $250 for each additional hour, Friday and Saturday $300 for each additional hour
+$300 for 3 hours ($50 each additional hour) for full use of the projector, lighting & PA systems
+ Soft Drinks and Popcorn Packages available
* 20% gratuity will be added to all rentals
* $250 security deposit required
